Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days through courier partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, India Post, etc.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your geographical location and courier service availability.


How the Product Return Process Works

  1. Log in to superpc.co.in and go to Order History & Details.

  2. Select the relevant order and click on the Details tab.

  3. Our primary support channel is WhatsApp, for faster resolution.
    Customers may also contact us via email or phone during business hours.

    Support Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST)

    Please share:

    • Invoice photo

    • Photo of the received product

    • Photo of the old/reference product (if applicable)

    This helps our team verify the issue and provide a suitable solution.

  4. Clearly mention the reason for return, based on which one of the following options may be processed:


Return Options

a) Exchange

  • The product will be exchanged for a similar product.

  • Wrong product ordered or incorrect order placement is covered under exchange only.

  • The customer must ship the item back to the invoice address.

  • Reverse pickup is not available for this reason.

b) Replacement

  • Replacement is applicable if the product is:

    • Damaged during transit

    • Defective or has a functional issue

  • The replacement will be for the same product.

c) Refund

  • If the product is technically faulty and a solution cannot be provided, or if the product is out of stock, the order will be covered under our 15-Day Money-Back Offer.

  • In such cases, the customer may opt for a refund.


  1. Depending on the product and issue, the return request may undergo a verification process.

  2. After verification, the customer will be informed of the final decision.

  3. Please keep all required items ready for a smooth return process, including:

    • Original invoice

    • Original packaging

    • Price tags

    • Freebies and accessories (if any)

  4. Reverse pickup will be arranged by the designated courier partner in case of approved exchanges, replacements, or refunds.

    • The product must be handed over in original packaging and proper packed condition.

    • Reverse pickup is provided as a convenience service.

    • Products must reach our premises undamaged and in original condition.

  5. Refunds will be initiated only after:

    • Safe delivery of the returned product

    • Receipt of all original documentation

    • Successful physical verification at our location

  6. Refund Processing

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded via the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) customers must provide valid bank account details.

  • Refunds are credited within 2–4 business days after verification is completed.
